In the modern period in terms of scientific and technological progress the earth has not lost any of its purposes. Science and production, having achieved success in the development of nature, still did not find a replacement for the earth. Moreover, in recent years, an understanding has come of the value of lands as an indispensable element of the unified natural world involved in maintaining the ecological balance necessary for human survival.
Land law is one of the key branches in the domestic legal system. It regulates the use and protection of land as the most important unique natural resource (the ability to be fertile, the spatial basis for any activity), as well as, to a certain extent, the issues of land management and its civil circulation.
